Known Issues

If you are using Palette Jigsaw and have noticed a bug, read this page to see if the bug is known. If it is listed here, you can be assured that it is scheduled to be looked at. If your issue is not listed here, please comment and describe the issue in as much detail as possible so that we can duplicate the problem and subsequently fix it. Here is the current list of known issues:

Help screen
The wait time before the automatic help screen appears is fairly short and still activates after a user has seen the screen.

Paletter Restore
If one palette is kept on screen and the other palettes are moved off screen using the 
icon, and the user places all the pieces from the visible palette onto the playing area, the palette disappears because there are no pieces left on it, and the other palettes do not re-appear. A change is scheduled to have the other palettes automatically reappear. In the mean time, the workaround is to simply tap this icon to display the palettes that are off-screen.

Splash screen
Splash screen shows toolbar at top instead of bottom.

Random design change
In some circumstances, the app will get confused about what image it is working on. Workaround: kill the app and relaunch or use arrow keys, 
to change pictures. When you do this, you will be given the option to use the previous puzzle or start over.
